Exchange and Return Policy for Web Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return for an exchange of another item(s) or store credits. There is no refund once an order is completed.

Online Returns

For online returns, once you have initiated a request for return by contacting us within the eligible time period, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you. Times Circle will not process the exchange for returned items without the RMA number or after the Return Policy Period has expired.

How to return items Online

  • 1) Log into your account
  • 2) Click on My Orders and look for the order that you would like to initiate a return
  • 3) Go to the Contact Us and send us an email including your user name, order number and reason for the return
  • 4) We will respond to your request as soon as possible to initiate the return
  • 5) Once the return is initiated, we will send you a RMA number
  • 6) Send the item(s), along with the original sales receipt and the RMA number to:

    • Markham, Ontario
    • L3R 0Y5

In-Store Returns

For in-store returns, you can visit Times Circle Boutique ONLY to exchange the eligible item(s) for another item(s) and/or store credits.

How to return items in-store

  • 1) Log into your account
  • 2) Click on My Orders and look for the order that you would like to initiate a return
  • 3) Go to the Contact Us and send us an email including your user name, order number and reason for the return
  • 4) We will respond to your request as soon as possible to initiate the return
  • 5) Once the return is initiated, we will send you a RMA
  • 6) Bring the item(s), along with the original receipt and the RMA to:

  • Valid Government photo ID may be required for exchanges

Conditions of Exchange

  • Item(s) must have been purchased from timescircle.ca.
  • Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The item(s) must be returned undamaged, unused, and all pieces, parts, and manuals must be included.
  • Return orders must be accompanied with the sales receipt(s).
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Items Ineligible for a Return

Items and items with the following condition will not be accepted for an exchange and return:

  • Times Circle gift card
  • Customized, personalized, monogrammed, engraved or altered items.
  • Final sale items will not be accepted for an exchange.
  • Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged.
