Is Times Circle an authorized dealer of "Insert Brand Name Here"?
Times Circle is an authorized dealer for every single brand that you see on this website, and we are very proud of it. There are many websites only that claim to be an authorized dealer for many of these brands, but very often these claims are fake and the products these sites sell are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. One tip to verify the legitimacy of the claim is to check if the manufacturer mentions the retailer in the "retailer" or similar section on these sites.
What is your warranty policy?
All the items on Timescircle.ca come with their original manufacturer warranties. Terms of the warranties vary depending on the manufacturers.
What currency are the prices listed in?

What country is Times Circle based in?
Times Circle is a Canadian company and has 3 retail stores in Markham, Ontario. Please see our stores pages for more information.
What is your exchange policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you purchased. You have up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive the items to return the item for an exchange for another item(s) or store credits. For more details, please see our exchange policy.
Do you offer strap sizing?
We do offer custom strap resizing for the item you purchase. Please do keep in mind that once the item has been customized, it cannot be returned for an exchange. To resize an item, please leave a comment during the checkout or send us an email before the item is shipped, and tell us the size of your wrist and we will adjust the strap for you for no charge. Some items do not come with adjustable straps.
What does Backorder mean?
A "Backorder" item is an item that is currently getting restocked from the manufacturer. The item is still available for purchase and it will usually be shipped within two weeks. You are welcome to contact us to inquire about the "Backorder" item before placing an order.
Do I need to create an account before making a purchase?
Yes, in order to make a purchase, you will need to create an account with us before we can process your order. Creating an account allows you to track your shipment, view your order history, follow your wishlist and more.
How long does it usually take to process the order?
Depending on the stock level, it usually takes us one day to process the order. For some limited stock items, sometimes it could take up to 2-4 days for us to process the item(s). We will only charge your credit card after the item is ready to be shipped.
Do you offer repair service?
Currently, we only offer repair service in store. We will consider expanding the service online in the near future.
